Method of Making Kanch Pak – 1.536 kg

1. Kanch seeds are mixed with four times water and boiled for 12 hours. To make a fibrous paste, it is filtered well through a clean cloth.
2. This paste is dried in sunlight and made into powder.
3. This powder is mixed with 12.288 liters of milk and boiled until the milk is reduced to 3.072 liters.
4. Then 1.536 kg of sugar is added and heated on a low flame. It is cooked until it becomes semi-solid.
5. After this, the following ingredients are added, each in the quantity of 12 grams:
